Cam Chain and Joining Link
this can be bought at a bearing stockists. you need the pitch and width etc from a book. you then want to know who can supply this chain. one bearing stockist will do SKF whilst another will do something else so keep searching.

Cam Bearings
the codes for these are in the doc. they will be VERY cheap!

Main Bearings
again - from a bearing stockist. however you must mention the right coding so if it is a C3 say it! i believe lineaweaver pays the extra and gets C4 bearings.

Counter Balancer Bearings
this is now sold as a complete unit from husaberg. if you take it that the latest is the best then that is what you need - the '07 counterbalancer! i know two close freinds that have gone/been to oz in the last month. wish i'd known! you could change just the bearing and the code is on the side. just holla if you don't have it.

Gasket Kit
you don't need a gasket kit - not that there are many gaskets in the kit anyway. it's oil seals that are in the kit. what you need are just the waterpump seal, sidecover gasket and the rest you keep. the headgasket, if prisd off gently is re-usable but i always break mine as it always seems to be welded to the head/block. if in good nik: use it again!

Conrod Kit with Pin
take whosabergs offer and say it NOW coz all you're doing is making yourself look mean (you tight fisted ozzie *******!) bargain of the year!

Maybe a Piston
get an external micrometer on it and check the width of it at the piston skirt. in your OWNER'S manual you'll see the minimum tolerable size. if really scuffed - clean with P600 wrapped around a 1" peice of thin wood and jizer in a circulur motion and rolling around piston. re-measure and if when clean it's under then yes you need a new piston. they come up on ebay so sort this early and we'll keep an eye out for you!

don't forget that a piston from a 470, a 550 and the 650 will do!

so most of this you can get from a bearing stockist. be patient, do your homewwork. pull ya finger out. stop winging ozzie!

good luck!

regards

Taffy
