Hello Everyone,

I had a pretty bad get-off in late Feb. and my bike has been sitting since then, a few of my friends have stopped by to take him for a spin, but that was about 3 months ago.

So I am ready to ride this last Saturday and while going over the bike I realize that I have no clutch! The master is wet but not full. So I send the Beautiful Wifey to Wallgreens for some mineral oil and I proceed to fill up the master and bleed it. Nothing, no feel at the lever at all....

Any idea's? I am leaning toward a blown slave but?? Where did the oil go? No evidence of anything around or under my bike.

Thans in advance for any help.

Take care, Eric.

Edit, Sorry forgot to mention it is a 2011 fe570s with 1,200 miles and 40hrs.

There are several existing threads on this, and I would recommend a little research.

You mentioned a get-off. If you pulled the clutch lever while the bike was on its side, you almostly certainly pumped air into the system when you did that. Never pull the clutch lever while a Husaberg is on its side. Use the kill switch in the future.

If you did a typical top-down bleed you probably still have air in the system. The clutch has to be pressure bled from the bottom up, and to do that you must dismount the slave cylinder from the engine.
