Recently I bought a 2009 Husaberg FE450 and was getting it titled in my state. I had the original title from the KTM dealer that stated it was a FE450. I filled in the paperwork correctly and they sent me a new title but it was for a Husaberg FE570. I've also done multiple vin checks online, and some say its a 450 and others say its a 570. How can I tell what it is? Any thoughts?

Hey,
you can the code on the engine on the left hand side. Close to the shift lever.
It should at least indicate what the engine is originally.
812 is for 390/450
817 is for 570

Maybe the manufacturing year is in this code too, but that’s not important for you now.

Hopefully this gives you a place to start.
You can also check the part number of the header pipe In the Radius.
Same numbers as above apply.

Kind regards
Chris
