yup! we call it the tax disc but the officil name is the RFL-road fund licence. you have to go to the post office in the UK with the MOT certificate, money for your RFL and an original of your insurance certificate. finally the registration document must be in your name as well.
after you've filled in the form you get a tax disc and it must be displayed infront of the rider (on 'the nearside') ... which it isn't but the pow-leece aren't too bad in the uk. something like that wouldn't even interest them!
the traditional place for ALL tax discs is behind the steering stopper bolt on the nearside.
