Signed up coupla days ago checking out some tech stuff. Bought my old man's FE 501 recently.
I grew up on xr's but haven't actually been on a bike for quite some time so to then get a lefty kick was quite a laugh for my mates.
Spent Saturday night getting it running after 5 years of sitting in his shed. My left foot is paying for it though haha. Purring like a kitten at the moment after blowing all the bats out, but been advised to look at doing the valves but not sure what that involves yet.
Anyway lots of good info here so I'm off to do some reading
