head marked sct ?

hi iv just got what i belive to be a 1999 501 as a non runner for a project and when i started to strip it down i noticed some markings on the head here is a couple of pics any info on what the mean would be aprrieated

I have a FC600 with the exact same markings.
I also have CROWDER engraved.

Any one know what these mean?

If your in the UK then it's likely to be Steve Clitheroe Tuning
