The oem chain tensioner is fine, mine last 100h without any problems. The manual chain tensioner will last forever, but you must be very careful... if the cam chain is loose or too tight you will damage your engine.
 
The cam chain tensioner is probably one of the last things you would need to replace given the year of your Berg.

I think that the Chinese are running out of things to produce and are desperate to make stuff (that no one needs).

Your stock cam chain tensioner is an excellent piece of Husaberg engineering acumen.

Learn to take out the tensioner and measure the amount of clicks left as it will tell you the health of your cam chain.

With the low hours on your bike I would venture to say that you have not accrued much wear on your cam chain (or tensioner) so early in your Bergs life.
