All from fully wound in clockwise. Rear Shock. High-speed compression damping. Comfort. 2 turns out. Standard. 1.5 turns out. Sport. 1 turn out. Low-speed compression damping. Comfort. 17 clicks out. Standard. 15 clicks out. Sport. 13 clicks out. Rebound damping. Comfort. 24 clicks out. Standard. 22 clicks out. Sport. 22 clicks out. Forks. Compression damping. Comfort. 14 clicks out. Standard. 12 clicks out. Sport. 10 clicks out. Rebound damping. Comfort. 14 clicks out. Standard. 12 clicks out. Sport. 10 click out. Hope that helps!
