First issues:
Dead. Reason: a wire to the fuelpump melted on to the exhaust, cut it and put it back with a connector.

then:
Stalling and dying when i either hit on the side of the tank OR when i went in hoops ( shaking ) made it die and come back for a second.

checked wiring and all seems fine, changed old fuelfilter in tank. cleaned the Injector, sat the TPS in .605
After that it ran fine, primed and Went on 4 minutes ride.

Came to competition got suit up started it, ran in idle for 3 minutes in rain...
then stall. :(
started up again, a little harder to start and ran idle, but i could beat on the side of the tank and it died. Now it doesnt prime anymore.
I have let it dry and still no prime.

WTF!
Gonna check voltage out to fuelpump and then replace fuelpump. What do you Think?

Tore the wiring harness, and cable was intact.
Gave 5-6V in connector and even 5-6 V in Computerbox

Reassembled it and without reason i now get 10V to the connector.

This must be a connector issue somewhere before the Computerbox???

As physical force triggered the issue it must be a bad connection or short somewhere yes. Not so fun to locate in the loom...

Known problem areas are;
- under the tank where the fuelpump is, the loom rubs against one bolt (I rounded off the head).
- next to the top engine bracket
- under the headlight mask (don't think your issue is there though)

I looked around in forums and similar issues were fixed with reconnecting the 4 red-White Cables that goes from the starter relay. I did this yesterday, mine was almost off and in bad shape. Perhaps it is this that was the problem?
I am still a Little nervous that the connector to the pump only gets 10V though... what happens when it starts to rain....
