hi....i have only had this bike for a couple of months and not ran the tank dry yet...its a fe..05...380..i am going to do a hare and hound,, next month,,,its a 2hour event,,and not sure if a full tank of gas will do it,,,??i will of course be taking extra fuel,,its fast and open,,, :D thanks for any info

Hi there,
If i was you i'd plan to stop around the hour mark to take on some fluids and then you can see how much fuel the Berg needs. A five minute breather will also give you a chance to give the rest of the bike a check over for anything else trying to jump off!

good luck Carl

you'll do three hours ok jamie. i never did less than that.

regards

Taffy

I took half of the tank;maybe a bit above, for 1 hour moto cross country event, and It was fine, no need to turn the tap into Res position.

You should probalby find out this way rather than out on the course - there is no reserve :!:
The tap needs a pipe inside the tank to be able to have a reserve and there is no. I use the entire right side of the tank as a reserve when I feel the need for it, just open the left tap and keep the right one closed.

Does this work - I thought the 2 sides were linked at some point???
