FS650 Slipper clutch, worth it?

I'm looking at a STM from motostrano. Crazy expensive at $1100. Other options besides training my clutch fingers? Any advise or experience is appreciated. I'm new to sumo and want to learn to back it in. Regarding wheelies, will a slipper not allow me to roll off and bring it down asap? THANKS.

A have a suter on my 550, it is just plain fun :cheers:
Cost quite a bit (€850), but is was worth the money
