Just bought a Diderot stand for my berg wondering how all the springs etc go?

It Came with, Stand, 2 springs a bolt and a hoop shaped thing?

Pics would be greatly appreciated . Cheers
 
What's a Diderot?

Here's a stock stand, the chain link thingy broke so I made a new one. It's kinda bent bcuz I was tring to get it to not auto retract.

Hi Scarth, I havent heard of Diderot either, could only assume that theres one smaller diameter spring that will fit inside the other spring the same as the standard side stand.

Idle, I actually Loktited, then overtightened the kick stand bolt. now it has a tighter movement that doesnt flick into your shin (or neck in my case....don't ask)
Defeats the "safety" aspect of having it sprung though I guess.
 
That's a good idea, Imma try that, prolly keeps it from bouncing also.
 
I'd safety wire that side stand bolt. Mine fell off twice, the second time it had loc-tite on it. The bolt is $14 too!
 
Ha oops diderot was a spell check error sorry folks it's just a genuine stand ha thanks
