front tyre options

i am after a front tyre suitable for gravel [ marbles ] and rocks . i have on at the moment a pirelli mt 16 which is very good , but i was told that they are no longer available . the trelleborg rockygrip looks good , has anybody used anything that gives good feedback midturn. :grab:

I have been using the Dunlop 739 front for about four years and I am quite happy with it.

It has a nice heavy body, stiff sidewall which is great in the rocks. Seems to grip well in a variety of terrain and moisture conditions.

I am not a tire guru, but was advised at one time to use this tire and have never really felt the need to change 8)
