I'm 114 KG and I'm wondering what spring rate i should use for my forks in my FE650E 2004 I'm currently using 0.46 KG/mm springs.
i ride manly enduro on old dirt roads and trails

From what I was able to find out, the stock rate was 0.40 kg/mm and for your wait you should have 0.50 kg/mm

thanks for the input guys.
I'm going to buy 0.50KG/mm springs. then i can use one 0.46 + one 0.50 spring to make a 0.48 if i 0.50 feel to stiff

good to go with the stiffer rates we don't have much travel to work with and the husaberg front wheel loading in rocking chassis movements like hard braking is very high.

stock travel on my bike was lucky to be 285mm actual available travel. now up to 300 and can go to 308 with a new BV.

jap forks spec 315mm travel and some measure around 320 actual used.

for sand MX with 285mm travel and 75Kg rider I beleive 0.54s would not be too stiff.
