i have never been impressed with the feel from the front brake, it comes in half way before the bike pulls up. i have just changed the fluid and it come up a bit but i still wasnt happy. i then removed the lever inspected the rod that contacts the master cylinder , i then extended the rod by glueing a small aluminum cup over the end of the rod. the rod is extended by only a small amount , now there is less lever play and more feel.
