A bit of a hybrid question.
As part of my total rebuild, I sandblasted and powder coated my frame.
I plugged the screw holes, but I overlooked masking off the spots that need to be black remain unpainted for proper grounding. Will need those filed/ground properly - I think the reg/rec had one or bith mounting holes, if I recall.
If I can get some pointers on which to file / fix would be greatly appreciated.
