Format of new site

Does anybody else have what I have for the dates that items are posted? Is there something I need to do to my computer to change this?
This is what shows for the month day and year. %b %30, %2010 - %0

Check #5 in this post. Following the instructions there will get you a readable date.

I'm sorry you had to bother with it at all. On my ever-growing list is to make the change to everyone's profile in the database so nobody else has to take care of it manually.

I've not gotten to that part of the list yet
