I ride a 04 FE450E.
I got a spare pair of fork springs when I bought my bike from the previous owner, the box they are in says .042's, but I'm dubious as to what they really are....why would the guy go out and buy the same springs that came with the bike as new. He weighed approx 70kg's with riding kit on, at a guess.
There doesn't seem to be any info written on the springs themselves. Does anyone know how to check what rate they are?
