I know one guy with the complete FMF system, said it was a good bit of work to get it on the bike if I remember correct.

OK, I fiddled with it again today. Putting a 1/8" thick washer between the mid pipe and the mount made a big difference getting some play between problem areas. funny thing, FMF sent me pictures of their test bike fittment and they had the exact same areas indicated as problem areas.
