I have another question. Are you sure this item works on the Husaberg?
I thought it won´t because of the "DFC" system for the Bergs.
Or does SEM only produce one type of the stators since 1999?
I´m not sure.
The old KTM stators didn´t work. I tested it.
The flywheel fits. That´s no problem. But I have still in mind that the markings for TDC are on another position, but
the engine runs with the KTM flywheel.

update on inverter to run husaberg cdi/coil the rewinder phoned me yesterday to let me know he had been testing the inverter it works off the fly wheel and stator i sent him but he is going to boost up one of its coils and also send me a cdi he has made that will run off the burnt out stator and inverter i just have to use a cdi jap coil so i will let you know how it works out in a few weeks ?????

2 years ago I tested on my Husaberg FE600, modelyear 2000, a stator from a ´97 KTM 620 LC4 (old kickstart model),
because it looks the same.
There was no spark, and nothing. Engine didn´t fire.
So the result was: That the KTM stators have no function on Husaberg 1999-2003.
The rotor, as I said before, worked on the Husaberg. It fits 1:1

1999 was the year that husabergs came out with the reverse flywheel(stator on the side cover). the sem unit had also different coils.
measuring a 1999 sem and an pre 1999 sem you will find different resistance values of the coils.
the KTM sem though is the same with the one pre 99 husabergs used so someone can use a ktm sem only on a pre 99 model-it works.
