flooding carb on husaberg fe650 2001

i have a 2001 fe650 whit 40mm delorto it floods all the time, i took it apart and cleand it, adjusted the float hight and it was fine, but it was wery rich running, so i adjusted the needle 1click down, now its flooding again, and i dont open it, just loosened it up, and twisted it aside,
please can anybody help

The two most common wear items on these carbs are the "Needle jet" and the "Float Valve".

If it were me I would order and replace the (1) carb gasket kit, (2) Needle jet , (3) Float valve assembly (needle and seat) replace them as a pair and (4) fuel filter.

You may want to use Taffmeisters "Easy Start Kit" as it contains a custom needle jet and new float valve assembly along with different atomisers and jets.

You would still need to order the gasket kit and fuel filter seperately.

Hi you must buy keihin fcr 41 .Delorto is old construction ,sometiemes not working.
