Finally had a chance get the '05 FC450 out for my maiden voyage today and it didn't disappoint.Started super easy and ran and carburated great.Engine was a pleasure it ran smooth and had plenty of boost when I wanted it.Best part was it turned and held a line great and I felt comfortable right from the get go.I'll need to soften up the suspension but it tracked nice and straight and didn't throw any curves at me.I can't wait to get more saddle time! :D

Haven't had a chance to install it yet.I'm hoping I'll have the time in the next week or two as the weather should now be turning for the better back here.
I must say the tank definitely looks a lot slimmer off the bike so I hope it equates equally as well once I mount it up.
Also I was pleasantly surprised how neutral and light the bike felt yesterday.
