hi all ..

today i did my first test ride on the racing track with my 2002 Husaberg
after two rounds , the engine stopped , i did a few kicks and got it back running again .. after a while it got worse...
the machine will start without a problem , runs great but after a while it just stops !! i checked the sparkplug , looks allright , checked the wiring , i even took of the carb , and it was clean...

1) Check to see that your tank vent is clear and your fuel lines are not kinked.
2) Check for vacuum leaks at the intake manifold.
3) Disassemble the carb and thoughly clean it using carb cleaner and compressed air. Make sure all the jets are clear and the float level is set properly.
4) Check valve adjustment.
5) Check all electrical connections while the tank is off.

Let us know if this helps.

thanx for the help :)

i checked all them points, all where ok ..

it was point (6) - take off ignition cover , and see if there is water inside .. if so , dry the ignition and spray with WD40 ...

im thinking of making a small drainpipe on the bottom of the ignitioncover, just like my old KTM 600 has

i didn't drill the stator cover, i drilled the crank case and i think that most people that did it recommended that. also the tube the wires feed down breaks easily-replace this. bend the wires into a u-turn at the top and zip tie. this keeps the moisture out.
