Sorted, undid the lower subframe bolt and finally got it back in.
Next problem...
Can't get the upper subframe back on (the black frame that goes on either side of the tank)

Leave the Fuel Tank Bolt Loose
Leave each Bolt loose on the Black Upper Subframe Bracket until you have them all installed.
Then tighten the Black Upper Subframe Bolts, The 3 x Sub Frame Bolts and the Fuel Tank Bolt.
