I have an FS650, want to set it up as an enduro/offroad bike. I will keep all the supermoto stuff to swap back.

I need a FS650 swingarm and shock to finish this off.

Also, I do not believe the 450/550 swingarm shock will work on a 650?

Thanks

I'm pretty sure all models shock/swingarm are the same fitment - at least from 02-08 and probably earlier. Only differences are - obviously FS shocks are shorter than FE/FC. Also, FS models run slightly shorter swingarms to reduce the wheelbase (I think that's from 05 on). I've definitely put a swingarm + shock on my 550 that used to be on a 650.

Yes, looks like the same year model (2005 for me) 450/550/650 had the same part numbers for swingarm and shock.

So a wider range of parts should fit. Anyone have any of these?

Nothing on eBay right now.

Thanks

The FS swingarm is only 10mm shorter. My FS 650 conversion works fine with the enduro swingarm as I have plenty of axle adjustment. Going the other way though means the wheel wont go as far back so might be more important.
I do have an 06 enduro shock. But unfortunately I am looking to trade it for an FS shock for a future conversion of my 550.

I have an FS, when I put an 18" wheel with knobbie on it, the tire rubs the mud guard in the front. No real room between that wheel/tire and the front area, so add in mud and it seems like I'd have problems.

Seems the FE swingarm is longer, and so there is more room for the normal enduro/offroad tire to fit.

Any other good sources for parts like this? Only other place I've checked is eBay.

Thanks

I'll check for a swingarm for you and I have a new FE 650 shock for you.
