Motion Pro will custom make any cable. You need to provide the free length, total length, and end types (just to be sure - they likely know the proper end types.) You can also request that the cable has a stainless steel wire shroud - it won't improve performance, but they look good!

Awesome man, thanks.

I'm starting off with Rox 2" risers and thinking I may actually get away with OEM throttle cables afterall, but we'll see. Clutch/brake lines are on their way!
 
the 2" extensions are for people before they fit bar lifters! I think that answers your 'maybe later' question.
