Should be good. You'll lose a little ground clearance in deep ruts etc., but the pegs are pretty high on the 'Bergs to begin with. For "normal" riding I'd say it was a good thing 
I got a taller seat on my 570, and I love it. Makes some of the same difference I'd think. Much easier on the knees and in general feels more "right".
