FC 600 problem, after change timing chain.

Hello,
One week ago i bouhgt husaberg fc 600.
I think its 1995y.

Before my mods it was hard to start engine, when it start running moto doesnt want to go upper rpm, only shooting from the exhoust.

I had to change timing chain, coz old one was very long.

For now husaberg dont want to start, i set up valves 0.1 mm, carb cleaned and setuped with Service manual.

I dont know what goin on... Anyone have suggestions?

you need to check the valve timing. I suggest that you remove the rocker cover and the spark plug and put a dial gauge in the top with a little 2mm rod in the end of the dial gauge. (you can see this in one of my videos in may facebook page). get both lobes to the top. when you are sure it is the REAL TDC you must check that the cam lobes are like Mickey Mouse's ears.

when you do the valve clearances make sure you do the '1/6th of a turn' method. you must hear the tappets 'morse code' by the rear wheel.

set the ignition to the middle of the adjustment.

your engine is 1997-1998.

What oil are you running? Since you just bought this bike, I would change the oil, if you have not already done so. In the last picture, the oil residue on the cam chain looks disturbingly like ATF.
 
Fine, checking timing one more time.

Running on motul 7100 full synthetic.

I checkd timing, and it couldnt be in another setup...

Probalby its not timing problem, i checkd stator coil, and with good hard kick is only 12volts
