I was wondering if an fmf slip on for a ktm 525 would work on my 06 650. Anybody tried this, i dont want to buy something that i cannot use but not many choices for bergs of this era.

I heard the ktm would work if you used a strap type mount, just hoping to here that someone else made it work before spending any money. As far as the logo , that doesnt bother me.

yeah it was one of the strap mounted ones
hope it does work as i've just won a silencer on ebay.
put in a stupid low bid and ended up winning at less than half price. though its a DEP ktm silencer rather than a FMF one.
Was onr of those bids that i didnt mind if i didnt win it.

Cool, i hope that works out for you. It is a little easier to deal with when it its not a lot of money invested, i should probably keep my eyes out for an inexpensive one myself.
