Engine part alignment and adjustments on FE 400 1998

I've been trying to search everywhere on how to align and adjust everything in this engine as i've taken it apart ELEVEN YEARS ago and now i don't know how to align it as said i've been looking everywhere for manuals and and kind of help for this model but can't find any so please is there anyone who can help me align and adjust it?
