Here's how I do mine,
And the only time I do this is if I have had a really tough ride or race on the clutch, and, or a lot of hours to where the oil has come out rather black.
1 Warm the bike up, with the old oil in it. If possible ride the bike around for 15 minutes.
2. Drain oil. After most all of the oil is out be sure and kick the bike over 10 or 15 times to blow the oil out of the bottom end.
3. Re fill with oil. I usually use Delo 400 for flushing, and Motul 5100 for my regular oil.
4. Run the motor for at least 5 minutes, if possible ride it around. I don't have the option at my "paddock" to ride it around, but while it's running on the stand with a box fan blowing on the radiators, I pull the clutch in, and let it out numerous times to try and flush out all the crap that is in there as well.
5. Drain oil again. Repeat steps 2 to 4 until oil comes out the same color as it went in.
6. Re fill with your regular oil of choice.
