A few weeks ago my 570 quit on me. Located the problem to the in tank fuel line that was leaking ergo no fuel pressure and no start. Replaced the hose with a auto parts store regular tube that took me through the weekwnd. Now that one is disintegrating since it is not made for in tank use. KTM doesn't sell the hose separately it is only included in the 350€ pressure regulator. Any clues for sourcing a replacement fuel line?

The CA Cycleworks comes with a patch of hose; though I did not use it, it looks like normal high pressure fuel line you can get at any auto parts store. High pressure will have some sort or bracing to the line walls.

What you really want to be careful with is the spade electrical connectors to the pump. Very fragile :?

Regular fuel hose from an auto parts store wont work. Either it is not for submersible use and the outer part will sooner or later disintegrate when swimming in fuel or it is not for EFI use and have a max pressure rating of 30psi.

I have been looking for those flexi hoses for a while now and stumbled upon this looking for fuel pumps for my Buell.

going to order a couple just to have since both my Buell and Husaberg use them.

I know some one found the submersible fuel line at napa but I forget the part number and its expensive.
