Dale, do these chain blocks prevent the chain/master clip from wearing away?
My clip gets almost razer sharp in no time. I have taken my stock chain guard off
and had a look but I can't see where the chain is hitting.

Thanks

Hi kelsow,
Not sure if such would cure what ails you.

I purchased several of said kits to make use of parts for a dirttrack specific tensioner I was testing.

High quality for certain, however, can't speak regarding chain wear. Sorry.

Cheers
Dale

PS
Check for chain to frame contact.
If such proves true flip the master link to face inward. You may lose a little engine casting @ first, however, once honed in your problem will likely be solved.

Dale, that autoclutch, I have it on my fave list already. I'll be checking it periodically!

Bid really high to insure you win the auction. :D JK

I had such great results with a modified version in our CRF Dirttracker I was going to use the Rekluse in a Husaberg. Plans have changed and it is now collecting dust.

Cheers,
Dale

How does that work? What does it do? Will it make the tranny on my 'Berg act like the tranny on my TTR-50E? Like all foot and no hand?

Hi Bruce,
As you know the Husaberg is limited regarding carburetor placement and The "FCR" is not always the best choice for trail riding.

The Mikuni 40 mm carburetor has a large body and does not fit well within the close quareters of the Husaberg.

I took a 38 mm small body carburetor, bored it to 40.5 and spent a bunch of time making parts and tuning it for a 450 project.

If you would like non biased feedback ask "HUSABOMBER" as said 450 and carburetor belong to him.

Cheers,
Dale
