I was wondering if anyone know which Husabergs, if any, have duel mapping? And how does one switch the mapping from high to low performance?

they don't have dual mapping after 2003. but the ignition is advanced due to the TPS - throttle position sensor on the side of the carb. this detects load.

hope this helps.

Taffy,
Does this mean that if I move the sensor I can change the point at which the spark advances. I don't know how many degrees the bike advances at one quarter throttle, but just for the discussion lets say its 1.5 degrees. If I move the sensor forward another quarter, would the ignition advance .75 degrees at one quarter throttle? And thereby ****** the timing, making the bike a little easier to ride in single track areas. Is this possible, or is the sensor a self contained unit, making it impossible to adjust?

Thanks for your responses,
Geronimo

you'll find quite a bit about this in the doc under electricals.
