did my first testing at my favourite riverside spot today after a two year absense!

all i tested was my doma system and at that just the downpipes and the centre section.

the doma goes around to the right of the motor and sat on my shelf for a long periods because initially, it looked like the system wouldn't fit as it wanted to go through my RHS igniition cover.

i managed to elongate the screw holes and rotate both pipes up and over the cover. i was lucky that they were nearly parallel and after a shufty with a bit of pipe that fitted perfectly inside one of the downpipes - da! daaaa! the centre section fits sweet and the tailpipe as well. the centre section turns up the left hand side of the frame so that my old tailpipe still fits with no adjustment required. the centre section misses the frame by 5mm or so.

i left the jetting "as was" and hauled ***. the midrange stomp was a lot better but the top end i couldn't tell due to it being so wet. you could fill it in your arms in second and third gear.

however, when i went from the 400 headers to the 501/550/650 headers the gain was linear all the way up and i expect the same this time!

if this works on a 400 it'll work on anything bigger for sure!

Taffy

I had a few doma s in the past, and the most of them works very good on low and middle of te rpm scale

madero

I bought a doma factory exhaust from madero couple of weeks ago.
Looks great, sounds great and, even on a 400, it just gives a big performance increase!

Taffy got some pics of your exhaust?
here's mine:

Morge pics in my gallery!

no photo elsonnoro but i can't believe the similarity at the tailpipe start given that my downpipes start and go right and yours to the left! they both miss the framew at the same point by 5mm!

they are quality kit and they work!

Hello,

They work indeed, for where you want the have power increase, bottom or middle or top revs.

Greetings Madero

Ps That DOMA was a special one

yes but this is a 400 madero!

i need to thank simon for being generous with his dyno results all those years ago!

I want to get my 400 on a dyna asap.
Just to see how many power I can get out of this 400 (it has FCR39 and the doma, no more engine mod's yet)

Doma exaust

We used Doma some years ago on the expo bikes, in the Swedish motorcycle show.

We really liked the Doma headers that went on the right side, and we still used the startermotor, just relockate the battery to under the seat.

We even mixed it with a Acra silencer from a Ducati 600 Monster.

RE: Doma on expo 2005

What are they made out of? I maybe be getting a full system soon. They are cheaper then the Akras here in OZ.
