How do all.
Do any of you racers in the UK have a side stand you've taken off and don't need. Mine's snapped, and Im looking for a new one. If you do please PM me.

Where did your kickstand snap?

A couple of months ago my kickstand started to develop a metal fatigue crack on the round portion of the stand just below the top weld.

With a little welding, wire wheel and Ford blue paint it's all good again.

Maybe your kickstand can be saved.

Tried to weld it, but keeps snapping. It has gone as you said just under the top weld.

Yes you can always do that. It should be around $20 to $30 to air mail to the UK. Ask authorization to bid knowing you're in the UK and that shipping to you will be just as easy for him as shipping domestically.

He is parting out a 501 and I am onto the ignition, stator and flywheel. Whoever outbids me it's a knuckle sandwich!
