Greetings,

I am wondering if anyone can explain the difference between the FCR MX 41 model 4125D which is found on the FE550's, and the FCR MX 41 4138D found on the FE650's.

The only physical difference that I have noticed is a small diaphragm looking device on the side of the carb of the 4138D, and I do not know what it's function is.

Dale.....
I sent you a pm. Sudco parts breakdown for FCR 41, items 211, 212, and 231??

Thanks got it,

I just don't know what it is supposed to do? Maybe I need to call Sudco and see what they can tell me about it.

i think it is what is called a AIR CUT VALVE. to richen the pilot circuit automatically on deceleration. gets rid of the popping.
