:D I have been noticing more dealers offering demo rides,It's a lot of work!
But does it help sales?
Taking bikebarns lead I had a fellow I wanted to turn into a bergite,He has a 05
450exc & is very loyal to his orange machine.Well I picked him up at his house this
weekend & let him ride my 07 fe 450 saturday & sunday :D .It is very clear that demo
rides do work! I think next time I'll take two guy's with me!

demo is the best way to sell the product & brand.

Here downunder some dealers lend you a bike for the day and test out the weapon at your own pleasure.

Definitely demo. I have seen GasGas and Husqvarna sales that were directly related to demo rides. The local Husky dealer is selling LOTS of bikes.

who - where - when ???

DHoyt and I both bought bikes because of a demo ride. It only took me 50' to know I wanted one.

Definitely Demo! I was content with the inexpensive 2 smoker in my garage, but went out on a ride with the guys from BikeBarn here in Medford and now I've got my eye on an '06 FE450 in their shop. With brand loyalty that people have these days, it's difficult to convince someone just to take a chance and drop almost $8,000 on a dirtbike. Especially when a Japanese bike will run ya around $6700.00 new (give or take a little). Let the bike sell itself. Anyway, that's my 2 cents!
