Dear Nerds

Now I don’t mean to be rude, I am including myself in this, but it has to be said that some of us on the UHE are nerds! I am doing a new website, honestly I am, one bit is kind of done – a development Blog for the “750â€Â

Wow, your words of encouragement are much appreciated. I have been working on this one a long time now without the resources you might have a project for a customer. Feel free to leave any comments you want on the Blog, all you have to do is click on the title of the post you want to comment on and leave your comment, email and do the anti-spam sum, it will all become self evident have a go.

Hi Ben

i thoroughly enjoyed the 'warts-and-all' view of your R & D programme. you need to sort the spelling out when you get back in there is a first point. i would say sync not sink as well.

in our main bearing thread we now have some new mains that a few are trying so have a look for them.

is there any chance the stud spacing is right for you to fit a DOHC head from another model? the ducati comes to mind as the best but there are many others.

so by the sound of it you have stick with 32mm B.E to get the CCs and the rod and piston assembly have been too heavy causing rod failure. the gaskets have always been ify right?

balancer weight troubles so back to a balancer! ok, you've learnt a great deal but unfortunately you're back where you started!

is it worth holding the mains in with a steel circlip and use the bearings in "1(one)RS mode to seal?

regards

Taffy
