I have changed my waterpump shaft seal and it doesnt leak out of the weep hole. I feel like my head gasket is okay because it doesnt create pressure in the radiator. Still the oil goes milky

Did you remove the head? If no, then it could be the o-ring that you damaged when putting back the cover and might have blocked the weep hole?

Do you smell exhaust from the radiator? Bubbles in radiator? That's a quick way to check for leaks in the head.

What seals did you change? Cracked cylinder sleeve from overheating if you accidentally ran the engine too long and hard with the water leakage before?

I'd guess it's just condensed air/water in your crankcase if you didn't mess up during assembly.

waterpump seal must go in with the spring in the back of it facing you. so it will look the wrong way around.

also, the O ring at the top of the cover dislodges the first few times. try and lay the bike on its right at 45 to 60 degrees over.

If you are sure you have mounted everything correctly:

If you get a fresh liter of oil and get her up and running the oil looks a bit milky at first, looking through the level glass.Due to circulation.

Forgot about the oring that taffmeister mentioned, that one is a bit hard to get to stay in place when wiggling back the cover, a small dab of grease may help as well to keep it in place.

I think i managed to sort out the mixing problem. I bought a thicker rubber shaft seal and made sure to not let the o ring fall
