coolant came out of my overflow

hi there everyone how are you all? i have just recently purchased a husaberg fs650e 2005 for £2200 i have just had the fork seals done as i noticed that they were leaking and i have also had all my electrics done as the guy that had it before me had butchered the electrics and had it for day time use only so now i have had it all done i am going to put it through an M.O.T this week then today i left it running for longer than i should have done and coolant sprayed from my coolant overflow pipe will i have caused any damage and what checks should i do now to see if i have any helpm would be greatly appriciated thanks snowy
 
No big deal snowy...

Idling, the big bergs get warm. It'll blow a bit out the overflow if you dont get it moving every now and then.

WHEN IT COOLS..>WHEN IT COOLS...WHEN IT COOLS... top it off again.

Heck, 2 weeks ago, I had my FE450 up in the mountains in California and got it hot enough to boil all but a few drops of coolant out.

I've fitted a fan since.
 
i have just started the bike and noticed a little bit of black smoke from the tail pipe is this a coincidence or a problem

thanks for the reply mate i was shittin my pants thinking i had caused damage

also how did you fit a fan????
