What is an LHRB? How can I aquire such a device? Are they sold in the U.S.?

L.H.R.B.= Left Hand Rear Brake (often times a "thumb brake) ala (the MAN) Mick Doohan.
P.S. An oversized pair of titaninum balls helps also!
