This winter I haven`t used my Husaberg. So wen I was going to take it out from the garage not long time ago, I discovered that the clutch has lost it fluid (the clutch lever was 100% "loose"). The problem was a hole in the clutch line. So I bought a new line, and are now trying to fill on new fluid and bleed it. First I tryed with brake fluid, but then I read that this wasn`t recomended. So I tried automatic transmission fluid instead.

So I removed the reservoir cover and filled it upp with fluid, then i opened the nippel down att the engine with a 8mm. But the fluid will not bleed out. So I removed the line and filled it with fluid with a syringe, I also filled the nippel hole with the syringe. And then i mounted the line again. I don`t think there are much air in the system now, but when i put on the reservoir cover and try the clutch, there are NO reaction!

Anyone have any tips for me?

When you were bleeding the system were you activating the clutch lever in and out while opening and closing the bleed nipple to expel the air.

Regards

Sparks.

Jepp, I also tryed that. I used a syringe to fill the clutch line before before installing it. After that I removed the part that is pushed in the reservoir by the lever, and filled the reservoir with oil. This way the clutch got preety god. But I still don`t why I can bleed it the normal way.
