Hi! I´m mounting the clutch now, and I noticed an axial play of 1mm, is that normal?

Without the clutch mounted, the kickstarter works fine, but if I mount the clutch, I have no resistance 1/8 of one turn, and then solid stop. What have I done wrong? Can it be the resistance of all gearwheels, and valvesprings that cause this stop. Am I too careful?
I´m kicking by hand, with the motor an a bench if that would help

go to the doc in section 16, strip and rebuild, go to kickstart fitment and try again.

Hi again!
Well I solved the problem with the kickstarter. No actually, I didnt! There was no problem, I was just too careful. When I pushed the kicklever ,HARD, with my arm, it turned over. But should it turn over this hard? I know I cant compare armpower with legpower, but in a film at youtube(he who kicks barefooted) the bike seem to turn real easy?

My engine is newly rebuild(never started after the rebuild), so maybe it will be better when some oil has reached all the gears and averything. Im doing some electrical work now, so it will take a while before start.

regards/ William
