choke cable tested

hello

I need someone in the UK who is out riding every weekend to test out a choke cable for me if they can?

all you need is a pre-2004, a dell orto carb that's been refreshed, in good nik and the leccy boot.

I have a choke cable i need setting just right on a bike so it fires first time.

Did you get someone to try that for you Taff? Is this the choke lever relocation to the bars? If mine gets running ok, i'm up for that.
Just going through rebuild No. 4 to see if i can FINALLY cure this poxy hot starting/leccy boot issue......

FYI that leccy starter kit you sent: Sprague shims, not required 30ft/lbs already, BUT the old spring for the starter clutch was in half, with yours fitted it feels 100% better, by hand. Can't wait to close 'er up and fire it up.
