I propose a day ride at Tallaganda State Forest on the 9th of March. The ride will be open to all Bergs (and any lesser bikes who don’t mind being roosted :lol: ).
Talla is near Captains Flat/Rossi and about 40 minutes drive from Canberra. Talla has the best riding (my opinion) in the Canberra region (mainly single track) and is begging for the Berg brothers to smash the back out of some of its single trails. The trails are a mixture of flowing pine forest trails and tight, rutted, slippery and log littered bush tracks. You’ll love it 8) .
Meet at Queanbeyan McDonnalds Sunday at 0745 for a 0800 departure.
The ride will be grade 3-4, depending on weather. Bring lunch for on the trail and the usual bits and pieces for trail repairs.
