Hi all, it has come time to replace the timing chain on my little berg. It is an 04 450. My question goes like this, A lot of people have commented that the 04 chain was a bit like licorice, and stretched quicker than a hooker looses her underwear on friday night. So i have looked at going to the 06 chain, but it appears that the cam wheel was changed on the 05 bikes, was this because of the new chain or for other reasons. The other reason i am a bit worried is that the 06 chain is less than half the price of the 04, so have i read and understood everything properly or have i missed something here.
I have included the part numbers and descriptions as well as the prices. Any help is welcome and appreciated.
