Im replacing the cam bearings 6201/c3.
Now do I get rubber sealed bearings or open ones?

Also I have replaced the Cam follower bearings, is one centre punch enough to hold them in or should I do both shoulders? ie each end of the pin?

Hi there, i used the open bearings, gotta be better for oil access (?)
On the follower bearings i put three punches on each end of the pin.......... better safe than sorry.

bearings can be either IMHO. i've sen some beauties many years old and still perfect with the 2RS. some have just an outer seal. so take your pick!

Agreed. Oil migrates past the seals on the bearings without issue.
