Merry Christmas All,

Starting a new thread -

I found a super clean 2005 FE 650 E for sale with 7100 miles. Currently, the motorcycle has Oregon plates and all the equipment to make it street legal.

What are the chances I can get this specimen plated in California?

I desperately want to buy this bike and convert it to supermotard!

Here’s the sticker from the head tube it’s states that the bike is California compliant but for off road. I know some bikes emission sticker says off road use ONLY so I’m not sure.

Again any input would be appreciated!
