Hi Berg friends, have a question...my Engine Breather Hose in my Berg FS 650 E is brocken and I have to change it. I am concerned about how much oil is dirthing the outside engine coming out from there (like in the night drops almos 2 or 3 drops of clean oil): is it normal? My mechanic says as soon as we change the hose, problem is sold out; he has alreadey reviewed and only from there oil come out; my Berg is almost unused with 300 miles only...

Rgds, Davide

Cant you just replace it with any automotive grade heater/coolant/vacuum/fuel hose found at any autopart store? its not a special hose? if you do a search for breather you will probably find your answer, this was just discussed recently in a post "oil breather losing oil" or something like that, it is normal for some oil mist to get into that breather hose then turn to oil drops, do a breather search and start reading, you will find plenty of info on the subject....oil can get in there during engine high rpm, when engine cold, if bike tipped on its left side, or if oil is overful, if excessive oil is in there (2-3 drops is not excessive) than a variety of engine problems could be the result...good luck if you need more help you can pm me and ill try to help further

Thanks for the answer...have read something about, seems oil level in my case is to hight because when cold, level is in the meddle of the mirror check...
